Ingredients:
- Pasta
- Cheese
- Corn Flour
- Tomato
- Ham
- Salt & Pepper
- Milk
- Onion
- Water
- Bread Crumbs
- Butter
Method:
Ready your ingredients - Slice the ham, dice the tomatoes, grate the cheese, and measure the rest of your ingredients. Start to boil your water in a pot and heat your pan. Add the macaroni into the boiling water, and add a pinch of salt. Start to saute the butter and onion. After the two had turned brown, add a bit of cornstarch and gradually add a little bit of milk every few times. Keep mixing until the sauce has become a pasty texture. Add some cheese and save a little bit for later, also add some of the ham and put both into the sauce. Check if your macaroni is soft but not too soft but taking out one and bite on it. If your sauce and macaroni are ready to start to get out a microwaveable platter, add the macaroni first and make sure you drain it before you place it into the platter. After adding the macaroni add the sauce, sprinkle your leftover cheese, and ham evenly on top of your dish. While your at it you could start to evenly distribute your tomato on top too. Sprinkle some bread crumbs on top and place into the oven, wait until you think it's done. - We didn't wait until the cheese melted on top but it was fine with us.
Once it's done you can eat and enjoy!
Evaluation.
I really enjoyed the dish, and thought it was nice so I rate it a 10/10.
