Drama📜- Ways to be physically active.

This weeks drama our wonderful teacher Miss K has decided for us to work on physical activity, which I love in my opinion I find physical activity really enjoyable and you can also be fit and stay fit when doing in it.
Here are 5 ways to be physically active.
  • Leave your keys at home often so you can take a walk, walking can be very helpful for you first you are helping the environment and also you are keeping yourself fit.
  • Play a fun round of sports with friends or family, for example, you can play football or hockey.
  • You can join dance classes or just have a dance party when you dance you can lose a lot of fat and it can also keep you fit and healthy.
  • Swimming is another great way to keep fit and healthy it is something that you can do if you don't like getting sweaty or hot.
  • You can also do yoga it is a relaxing and fun way to get fit.

Christiano Ronaldo - 
  • He stays on a healthy diet to keep healthy he eats and drinks. - Fruit juice, Fish, Drinks plenty of fluids, Fruits, vegetables, whole grains.
  • He is always exercising 
  • He makes sure he has mental strength.
We did hot seating which is a small game where you have 3 or more people in a group and you all decide which person will sit in on the seat. The rest of the people will have come up with questions to ask the person on the seat. In my class, we had to get into a group of 3 in my group I was the person on the hot seat our questions had to be about physical activity.

I really liked this session of drama and enjoyed
