How to keep yourself safe:
- Place bags under desks.
- Do not run in the lab.
- Do not use equipment immaturely.
- Wear the proper gear.
- If you have long hair tie it up - when doing an experiment.
- Do not eat or drink in the lab.
- Wear safety gear like safety glasses or gloves - when doing an experiment.
- Wash your hands after handling chemicals.
- Do not smell or inhale and especially taste the chemicals.
- Don't play around with chemicals without the teacher's permission.
- Dispose of lab waste properly - Broken Glass, Chemicals.
Safety:
To protects yourself from harm or dangers.
Hazardous:
When an object or place can be dangerous to you.
Meniscus:
The curves that are seen at the top of a liquid depending on the container.
